Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix this dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows gently.
Baking
- Spread the mixture in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and top with extra chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool in the pan before slicing into squares.
Notes
