Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, fully incorporating each before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract and a few drops of blue food coloring.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined to avoid overmixing.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips, chopped Chips Ahoy cookies, and chopped Oreos.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets, leaving enough space between each cookie.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
These cookies are best served with a glass of milk or vanilla ice cream. To revive them, reheat in an oven or air fryer at 300°F (150°C) for a few minutes.
