  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar Consider using natural sweeteners for a healthier option.
  • 2 large eggs Can be substituted with flaxseed meal for a vegan version.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour Whole-grain flour can be used for added nutrients.
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 cup chopped Oreos
  • blue food coloring Add until desired hue is achieved.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, fully incorporating each before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract and a few drops of blue food coloring.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined to avoid overmixing.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips, chopped Chips Ahoy cookies, and chopped Oreos.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets, leaving enough space between each cookie.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  2. Allow to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
